Here’s an ‘Easy and Healthy multi millet meal’ recipe with the goodness of nuts, vegetables, fruits and whole grains. And yes, it is really quick to make.
Supa Bites, Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie.
1. 250 g cold milk

Ingredients:
– 3/4 cup of Mimmo Organics Baby Flower Multi-millet pasta
– 3/4 cup grated jaggery
– 2 cups water
– Pinch of cardamom powder
– Nuts and raisins as desired
– Few chopped coconut pieces(optional)
– 1 tbsp ghee
Directions:
1. Half Cook Mimmo Organics Baby Flower Multi-millet pasta as per the given instructions .
2. Wash the dal and set aside till the dal is cooked.
3. Melt the jaggery on low flame with a few tsps. Of water
4. Heat a pan fry nuts, set aside.
5. Add the washed dal and cook till mushy
6. Add the half cooked MIMMO baby flower pasta and cook till they are fully cooked but al dente.
7. Filter jaggery syrup and mix well. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes
8. Finally garnish it with nuts and raisins
Carrot & Tomato with Alphabets Pasta
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:
– 125 g carrots
– 30 g butter
– 3 medium ripe tomatoes (approx 300g), skinned, de-seeded & chopped
– 50 g grated cheddar cheese
– 2 tbsp Mimmo Organics Alphabets pasta
Method:
1. Steam the carrots for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
2. Warm the butter in a separate pan, add the chopped tomatoes and sauté until mushy.
3. Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese until melted.
4. Meanwhile, cook the Mimmo Organics Alphabets pasta in boiling water according to the instructions given on the pack.
5. Mash or puree the cooked carrots in an electric hand blender, together with 3 tablespoons of the liquid from the bottom of the steamer and blend together the tomato and cheese mixture.
6. Finally stir it with the cooked Mimmo Organics Alphabets pasta.

– Fruit or Vegetable – pureed or mashed
Directions:
1. Cook Mimmo Organics Baby Flower Multi-Millet pasta as per the given directions.
2. Stir in mashed or pureed banana, peaches, applesauce or even sweet potato or butternut squash.
3. Add any pureed fruits and vegetables to the cooked MIIMMO Baby Flower pasta. You may even add small dices or shreds of soft tender cooked meats.

Ingredients:
– 200g fresh spinach
– 30g Mimmo Organics Alphabet pasta or Mimmo Organics Baby Flower Pasta.
– 15g butter
– 2 Tbsp milk
– 2 Tbsp cream cheese
– 4Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
1. Cook Mimmo Organics Alphabet pasta or Mimmo Organics Baby Flower Pasta as per the given instructions.
2. Wash the spinach and cook it in water.
3. Remove the extra water.
4. Now melt some butter in a pan and sauté the spinach.
5. Next, add the milk and cheeses and blend together.
6. Mix with the cooked Mimmo Organics Alphabet pasta Mimmo Organics Baby Flower Pasta.
Cheesy Veggie Mac!

Ingredients:
– 2 tbsp of Mimmo Organics Little Mac Pasta
– 3 Tbsp olive oil
– 2 Tbsp flour
– 2 cups milk
– Salt and pepper (to taste)
– 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
– 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
– 1/4 cup bread crumbs
Directions:
1. Cook the Mimmo Organics Little Mac Pasta as per the given instructions.
2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
3. Grease a large baking dish.
3. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a saucepan.
4. Add the flour and make a paste.
5. Cook for some time.
6. Then slowly add milk to make a smooth sauce.
7. Now cook for another 5 minutes.
8. Now it’s time to season with salt and pepper.
9. Next, add half of each cheese and mix to a smooth sauce like consistency.
10. Place the pasta in the casserole.
11. Add the cheese sauce and make sure all the pasta is coated with it.
12. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and the remaining cheese on top.
13. Now bake for 20 minutes.
