Phool Ki Kheer with Multi-Millet (Sweet flower Pudding with Multi-Millet)

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup of Mimmo Organics Baby Flower Multi-millet pasta
- 3/4 cup grated jaggery
- 2 cups water
- Pinch of cardamom powder
- Nuts and raisins as desired
- Few chopped coconut pieces(optional)
- 1 tbsp ghee
Directions:
- Half Cook Mimmo Organics Baby Flower Multi-millet pasta as per the given instructions .
- Wash the dal and set aside till the dal is cooked.
- Melt the jaggery on low flame with a few tsps. Of water
- Heat a pan fry nuts, set aside.
- Add the washed dal and cook till mushy
- Add the half cooked MIMMO baby flower pasta and cook till they are fully cooked but al dente.
- Filter jaggery syrup and mix well. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes
- Finally garnish it with nuts and raisins
