Shipping & Returns
All standard orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2 working days of the date of placement of order. All orders which require customizations like bundling up or bulk orders etc will be shipped within 7-10 working days from placement of order. You will receive an order id once your order is shipped. We will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of purchased products caused by flood, fire, war, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control. In case the delivery is not made by the courier company due to the non-availability or mistaken address or contact details of the customer, any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be levied to the customer’s account. We reserve the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation such user details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), we reserve the right to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and/or other affiliated websites without any prior intimation.
If the packaging is brand new, unopened or undamaged we’ll give you a full refund. The only time we don’t accept a return is if the product has been used or damaged by you. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process. We’ve made it very simple for your convenience. Write an email to us at email@example.com with return mentioned in subject field. Only items purchased directly from this website will be accepted by us. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and original invoice. You must NOT accept a delivery if the packaging has been damaged. You must report any damage or missing item/accessory within 2 days of delivery of the product. Mimmo Organics reserves the right to deny any return.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt of returned products. Refunds will be issued via PayPal, credit card, debit card, NEFT or via cheque. For defective items, a full refund will be credited upon return. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.
Items already shipped are not reversible, and must then be returned for a refund (please see the “Refunds” section above). Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer.
