Ingredients:
Mimmo Organics Little Mac Pasta
Garlic Puree
Onion
Broccoli
Beans
Pasta Sauce
Fresh Basil
Cheese
Salt & Pepper
Italian Seasoning
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, boil 1 1/2 cups of water.
2. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt to boiling water followed by 2 tablespoons of Veggie Little mac pasta, and stir occasionally
3. Cook for approximately 5-6 minutes.
4. Drain and rinse pasta with cold water.
5. Add a little garlic( purée), sauteed Onion, cooked broccoli & beans and the cooked pasta to a pan
6. Add a teaspoon Pasta sauce and sauté
7. Add fresh basil and some cheese
8. Season with pepper and italian herbs
9. Mix everything up !! Yummy Now you have yummy pasta for your child’s tummy!
