She is not only the founder of Mimmo Organics but is also mother of a toddler, sharing similar concerns of every parent in urban India about food and nutrition of young children. With dual Masters in Bio Technology and Business management from Macquarie University, Sydney, Priyanka Shetty Sridhar has extensive experience in the ‘Infant and Pediatric’ product sector where she worked for nearly a decade before founding Mimmo Organics.
For Priyanka, coming up with the right mix of solid food for her infant was a non-negotiable factor and it is while searching for the same that she faced similar challenges that Indian urban parents face. Not surprisingly, her search for a totally natural nutritious organic food for her child was a natural outcome. The paucity of the same in the ready-made baby food industry in the country prompted her to do extensive research and come up with a food solution which resulted in the birth of Mimmo Organics.
Dr. Laura Bond
Dr. Laura Bond is a Board Advisor to Mimmo Organics. She is a scientist by training and subsequently joined IP Group plc (UK) as an Investment Director, making early stage investments and working with high-growth, science based companies. She then joined Walgreens Boots Alliance as part of the Senior Leadership Team of their Global Brands division, developing innovative products to launch within global FMCG categories. She is a passionate believer in the importance of the first 1000 days of life, in which infant nutrition plays a vital role. Having tested every single product in the Mimmo range, she is confident that consumers in India and beyond will love the Mimmo range.
Dr. Dhanasekhar Kesavelu
Dr. Dhanasekhar Kesavelu is a pediatric gastroenterologist based at Chennai currently attached with Apollo Children’s Hospital, Chennai and his own clinic SS Child care.
His graduation was from India (MBBS) and his super specialty training was from the UK where he was awarded the MRCPCH,FRCPCH and CCT by the Royal college of pediatrics and Child Health,London and his training was extensive totaling a period of 12 years in his total experience of 18 years.
Numerous publications and textbook chapters are to his credit and over 5000 procedures in his extensive career.His special areas of interest are Pediatric nutrition,Inflammatory bowel disease and probiotics. He has his Youtube channel to create social awareness on common pediatric ailments and disorders with about 100,000 subscribers. He is very proud to be part of the Mimmo organics team to offer special nutritional advice for the ever growing demands of pediatric nutrition.
